The bank’s app has hundreds of screens and features, and search is how people find their way through them. I designed the path from a plain search box with suggestions to an AI assistant that understands what someone needs and takes them straight to the right screen or action, not just a list of links

The digital banking dashboard used to only let you toggle widgets on or off — customization wasn’t really a thing. I designed a builder instead: customers choose what shows up on their dashboard and in what order, and product teams got a way to promote their own features through a promo block and a widget gallery

The credit card Balance screen had accumulated years of overlapping terms and debt types — minimum payment, grace period, past-due amount, fees — all mixed together with no shared logic. I restructured the categories into one clear layout that shows what’s owed and when, and a chunk of the support calls about this screen simply stopped happening
